What Is ASMR?  

ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relatively new discovery in the world of relaxation. ASMR describes a feeling of encapsulating tingling and calmness achieved through hearing (or even thinking about) certain sounds.  

ASMR videos or audio clips not usually the ordinary relaxation sounds, such as whale singing and waves, but instead a collection of simple calming tasks.
